Job Description:

1. At least three years of experience in team building and product quality control;

2. Familiar with IATS16949 management system;

3. Familiar with five quality management tools;

4. Experience in hardware assembly industry is preferred.

Job Description:

1. Formulated production plans according to sales plans of orders, and organized and implemented production as planned;

2. Responsible for warehouse management;

3. Responsible for the organization, implementation, coordination, supervision and assessment of production management and related management work;

4. Supervise and inspect the completion of production schedule, product quality and production plan to ensure the completion of production tasks on time, quality and quantity;

5. Responsible for checking the workshop's safety, production, environmental protection, hygiene, work discipline and process implementation, timely correcting problems found and reporting serious problems;

6. Supervise and inspect the maintenance of workshop production infrastructure and equipment to ensure the implementation of equipment maintenance plan;

7. Responsible for the construction and assessment of the production team, and determine the qualifications of the required personnel according to the production and technical requirements;

8. Responsible for monitoring each link of production, innovating production technology and process, controlling production cost and eliminating waste;

9. Responsible for the cooperation, coordination and communication between the department and other departments.

Job Requirements:

1. Three years or above workshop management experience, preferred in the same industry or similar industry.

2. Have certain concepts and experience in cost control.

3. Strong learning ability, clear organization and execution ability.
